Our commitment to service and detail is stronger than ever. Through these challenging times, we’re putting the safety of our customers and employees first. Read on to learn about the steps we’re taking at Oceanside.
1. The Basics: Masks and Six Feet
Customers and employees are required to wear masks in our facilities. No mask? No problem. We’re making and providing sanitized masks to customers and employees. Our tailors are required to wear masks during all fittings. In addition, we’re asking customers to maintain social distancing guidelines by staying six feet apart.
2. Delivery, Pick-up, and Curbside
Get your items your way—all with safety in mind. We offer delivery and in-car curbside pickup to help you maintain a social distance. In addition, call-ahead pick-up helps us keep our stores from crowding.
3. Our Cleaning Products
We continue to treat your items to a hospital-grade clean with the help of Endex-99. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently deemed this sanitizer as effective in killing COVID-19 germs.
4. Hourly and As-Needed Disinfecting
Every hour, our employees disinfect all counters, door handles, computer equipment, fridges, bathroom doorknobs and light switches, and phones. They also use their discretion to clean more frequently if, for example, they witness someone coughing or sneezing. In addition, every drop bag is sanitized after each use.
5. Sneeze Guards
We’ve installed sneeze guards at all customer touchpoints in our stores. We take this extra precaution with the hope that it won’t be long before we can take these walls down.
